Privacy Policy

Who we are. Trialify is operated by Sergei Poliakov, self-employed (autónomo), NIF Y9226700B, Carrer del Comte d'Urgell 152, 5º 3ª, 08036 Barcelona, Spain ("we"). We are the data controller. Contact: hello@trialify.app.

What data we collect.

• Account data: name, email address, language.
• Instagram data you authorise through Instagram Login: your Instagram user ID and username, an access token, the media you choose to work with (reels, captions, cover images), and insights for those media (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves).
• Content you upload or create in Trialify (videos, scripts, captions, brand profile).
• Billing data: payments for subscriptions and AI video packs are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; Done-for-you payments by Stripe. We receive the payment status, plan, country and invoice data — never your full card number.
• If you connect Telegram or WhatsApp for notifications: your chat ID.
• Partners (affiliate program): name, email, payout details (PayPal or bank account), tax details and performance statistics.
• Technical data: log data, device and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it.

• To provide the service you signed up for (performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): creating copies of your reels and publishing them to your Instagram account only when you or your autopilot settings instruct us to; showing statistics; generating AI videos and captions you request; processing payments; sending service messages.
• To meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): invoices and tax records.
• For security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and do not use your Instagram content to advertise to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Providers (processors). Meta Platforms (Instagram Graph API); Paddle.com (reseller and payments, UK); Stripe (payments for Done-for-you); FirstPromoter (partner program), PayPal and Wise (partner payouts); hosting, storage and email providers (Cloudflare, SiteGround, Google Workspace); AI model providers used to write scripts and captions and to generate videos (Anthropic and xAI, USA; RunningHub, China). They process data only on our instructions. When data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We send to AI providers only what is needed to produce your content (prompts, reference images, the video brief).

How long we keep it. While your account is active. After you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (invoices and tax records: 6 years under Spanish law).

Your rights. You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw your Instagram authorisation at any time (in Trialify Settings or in Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites). Write to hello@trialify.app. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies. We use only cookies needed for login, security and payments. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
