Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Trialify (trialify.app), provided by Sergei Poliakov, self-employed (autónomo), NIF Y9226700B, Carrer del Comte d'Urgell 152, 5º 3ª, 08036 Barcelona, Spain ("Trialify", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@trialify.app.

  1. Service. Trialify is an online service for Instagram creators and businesses: it creates original-quality copies of your own reels, publishes them as trial reels or to your feed through the official Instagram API, generates AI videos and shows statistics. We also offer an optional human "Done-for-you" service (section 6).
  1. Account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to manage the Instagram accounts you connect. Keep your login details confidential. We never ask for your Instagram password — you connect Instagram through the official Instagram Login.
  1. Orders through Paddle. Our order process for subscriptions and AI video packs is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all these orders: Paddle sells to you, collects the payment and the applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax), and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase.
  1. Plans and renewal. Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. The Test drive (7 days) automatically converts to the Base plan at the end of the 7 days unless you cancel before; we remind you 2 days before. You can cancel at any time in Settings or through Paddle; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing page, including VAT.
  1. Refunds. You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — see our Refund Policy (/refunds).
  1. Done-for-you service. "Done-for-you" (management of your Instagram account by our team) is sold directly by us and paid monthly by card through Stripe. It renews monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in Settings, and the service stops at the end of the paid month. When you order it, you ask us to start the service immediately. If you are a consumer, you can still withdraw within 14 days of the payment; we refund the payment minus the part of the service already provided in proportion to the days used. Invoices are issued by us automatically.
  1. Usage limits. Each plan includes a number of copies and AI videos per period, as shown on the pricing page. Unused copies do not roll over; unused AI videos roll over to the next month. A copy or AI video that fails to build is not charged. AI videos are 8–10 seconds long.
  1. Your content. You own your content. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and publish it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, generate or publish, and for complying with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. AI-generated videos are labelled as AI content when published.
  1. Acceptable use. You may not use Trialify for illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive or sexual content, content involving minors, impersonation or deepfakes of real people without their consent, spam or attempts to circumvent platform rules, or to reverse engineer or overload the service.
  1. Third-party platforms. Trialify depends on Instagram/Meta and other providers. We are not responsible for changes, limits, reach or account actions taken by Meta. We do not guarantee any number of views, followers or sales.
  1. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer law.
  1. Changes and termination. We may update these Terms with 15 days' notice by email. You may stop using Trialify at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
  1. Law and disputes. Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of your domicile.
