Refund Policy

14-day refund. If you're not happy with Trialify, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — for subscriptions, the Test drive and AI video packs.

How to request it. Email hello@trialify.app, or contact Paddle (our reseller) via paddle.net with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Done-for-you. Payments for the Done-for-you service can also be refunded within 14 days of payment; we refund the amount minus the part of the service already provided, in proportion to the days used. Write to hello@trialify.app.

Cancelling. You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings. It stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew.
